As Business Developer, you have to be creative fast, flexible، knowledgeable, and smart. Also, you should have the ability to see the big picture with its details... And understanding your partners' or stakeholders' needs interests, and capabilities. why? To create valuable relationships and shared interests.

With stakeholder,
- I use 4Is plan which is making Stakeholders and Partners: interested, involved, informed, and inspired about my work, then highlighting the values, the benefits, the advantages, and the results.
- I use their thoughts and expectations to meet their needs.

Also, I think deeply about their perspective and perception, these concepts are important for me to develop the relationship and achieve remarkable results or goals.
